In sleep, he sang to me
In dreams, he came
That voice which calls to me
And speaks my name
And do I dream again?
For now, I find
The Phantom of the Opera is there
Inside my mind
Sing once again with me
Our strange duet
My power over you
Grows stronger yet
And though you turn from me
To glance behind
The Phantom of the Opera is there
Inside your mind
Those who have seen your face
Drawback in fear
I am the mask you wear
It's me they hear
Your/my spirit and your/my voice
In one combined
The Phantom of the Opera is there
Inside your/my mind
He's there
The Phantom of the Opera
Beware
The Phantom of the Opera
In all your fantasies
You always knew
That man and mystery
Were both in you
And in this labyrinth
Where night is blind
The Phantom of the Opera is there
Inside your/my mind
Sing, my angel of music
He's there, the Phantom of the Opera

00.

Once you see all those animals, you should feel better.

Do you really think so?

01.

What's the matter with you? What's bothering you now?

I need to fix my car as soon as possible.

02.

Look over there. It looks like we are going to have a storm or something.

I hope it snows all day long tomorrow.

03.

Can I get you anything?

Yes, please. Could you bring that ladder over here?

04.

How many apples did you eat today?

I think I had two this morning.

05.

What would you like to drink?

If it is possible, I'd like to have a Diet Coke.

06.

Whose cellular phone is this anyway?

That is Tom's. I think he bought that last week.

07.

Richard, what are you doing up there?

Believe it or not, I am conducting my research now.

08.

Who is that? To tell the truth, I don't like him that much.

Me neither. But I think we should give him credit for today's prosperity.

09.

One should keep one's promise; otherwise no one will trust him or her.

You can say that again.

10.

Speaking of the tennis match, this is John's last one of the season.

In that case, I will ask you some questions about this game when I get to my office. What is your number again?

11.

Do you know how to cook this?

I used to know a recipe but I forgot.

12.

I feel sick to my stomach.

Take an aspirin.

What makes you think that will work for my stomachache?

13.

Feel free to call me whenever you want to play tennis.

No thanks. I am too busy for that.

14.

I have two sisters, and both of them are sick. To make matters worse, they have to take their final exams this week.

Oh, that's terrible. I hope they get well soon.

15.

How come you are not wearing a yellow uniform today?

Sorry. I didn't have any time to change this morning.

16.

I have to make a dicision by 10:30.

What's the hurry? Take your time.

17.

How often do you play tennis?

Twice a week. That is, if I am not busy, and if I can get an empty court.

18.

Do you mind if I give you some advice on that? It is a very important tip on how to use the court.

No, not at all. It sounds like you know what you are talking about.

19.

You are much better than me.

No. Don't be modest. Everyone knows that you are the best player around here.

20.

I can't believe this is the last summer camp that I am attending with you guys.

Time files, doesn't it?

21.

There's some food on the table. Help yourself, but please don't feed the dog. We are trying to cut down the food cost.

Don't worry about that. I will be busy talking care of my body first.

22.

Is there a drugstore around here?

Yes, there is one at the village center.

Could you show me how to get there?

23.

Don't tell me you can't go there.

I have a sharp pain in my leg. I don't think I can make it. My leg is killing me.

24.

You should call the doctor right away.

Do you happen to remember the doctor's number off the top of your head?

25.

Would you bring more batteries for me?

Sure, what size batteries do you need?

26.

May I ask you where I can find those batteries? I looked around everwhere but I couldn't find them. Where did you put them?

Did you look in the top drawer of my desk?

27.

What is going on down there?

Sorry, I accidentally pushed the wrong button.

It sounds like you did something very wrong.

28.

I had a hard time controlling the boat.

Take it easy. Calm down a bit. Remember, easy does it. It takes a lot of hard work to get used to it.

29.

Please forgive me this time. I will make sure it won't happen again.

Don't worry about it. Everyone makes mistakes. As long as you don't mistakes, but only an idiot persists in his error.

30.

On a day like this, I would do anything for a cold drink.

I will drink to that.

31.

What are you looking at?

It looks like it's going to rain any minute.

That's what I was thinking. The only problem with that is I don't have an umbrella with me now.

32.

I heard you are moving to New York. Is that right?

Yes, we decided to move to New York next month.

33.

Is this the ring you were looking for?

That's right. Where did you find that anyway?

34.

How much did you pay for that?

I think it was around $200, but I am not sure because I got this as a Christmas present from my uncle.

35.

How do you open this door?

It's kind of tricky. You have to lift here and push forward like this. But you are not supposed to open it.

36.

I hate this. This kind of thing makes me really angry.

Who wouldn't be? I don't blame you at all. I guess the next best thing is to get a refund from the company.

37.

We are very sorry for all trouble we've caused you, but that's the way it is around here. Take it or leave it.

Hey, I didn't say anything. Why do you say that?

38.

Excuse me. How long will it take to fix it?

It won't take that long. At most ten minutes. You can wait if you want to.

39.

Oh my gosh! What a mess! What happened here?

Well, it looks like the problem went from bad to worse. I don't know what to say.

40.

John promised to visit Paul's office before he leaves for Egypt.

Oh, boy. It wasn't easy getting in here, but I am really glad I could keep my promise to you.

41.

Let me know when she comes in.

I think she just called in sick. Wait a minute. Let me check on that. Yeah, she couldn't make it today.

42.

Why don't you give her a call and remind her that I'll stop by around 9.

No problem. Anything else?

43.

I wonder if this pearl necklace will make her happy.

You never know until you try. Where there is a will, there is a way.

44.

Are you surprised at the news?

As a matter of fact, I could not believe it when I heard it the first time.

45.

Do you want me to verify that for you?

Will you? It's very kind of you to do that. But then again, you don't have to do it if you don't want to.

46.

It was here on the table this morning but it's gone now.

That's very strange. Did anyone see Steve's car keys this morning?

47.

It's obvious he failed the exam twice before he became a broadcaster.

How did you figure it out? Did anyone tell you about that?

I am not going to tell you. That's a secret.

48.

The reason why he failed the exam was he simply didn't study hard enough.

As far as I know, he was too busy to prepare for the exam.

49.

If he studies hard, he will pass the exam. That's for sure.

I guess you're right about that. No pain, no gain, I suppose.

50.

They have been married for 50 years. John's grandpa used to be a lawyer but he retired last year.

That's a beautiful story. How many children do they have?

51.

I heard that you don't eat meat at all. Is that right?

I hate to admit it, but it's true. I am a vegetarian.

52. Be sure to call me as soon as you get to Tokyo, wiil you? You promise?

I can't promise you that, but I will do my best to call you as soon as I get a chance. How is that?

53.

It's not easy for me to learn English and Japanese at the same time.

I would imagine many people have the same difficulty as well.

54.

Thanks for coming. Hope to see you again soon.

You're welcom. Thanks for having me here. It has been a pleasure working with you.

55.

Would you mind opening the door?

No, not at all. I am sorry for smoking. I am trying to quit but it's not as easy as it sounds.

56.

Well, he must be very hungry because he has not eaten dinner yet. Should we take him out for dinner? What do you think?

I am so tired, and I don't feel like going out tonight.

57.

Will you have him deliver it to my office?

Certainly. That can be arranged. Where is your office?

58.

Thanks a lot. Wait a minute. Before I go, why don't I take a picture of the sleeping puppy?

Isn't he cute?

59.

Having done that, I guess I can go home now. Is there anything else I have to do before I hit the road?

Well, I can't think of anything. That must be it.

60.

It turned out that they were struck by lightning.

Actually, no one knew exactly what happened to them until now.

61.

Be careful! You are as bad as my ex-boyfriend.

I am sorry. I didn't see that bump. Are you all right?

62.

Here you are. This is better than the other one.

Thank you so much, but why did it take so long? I thought you forgot.

63.

No one is worse than my ex-boyfriend.

Why do you talk about your ex-boyfriend all the time?

64.

Do you know what happened to him? How did he wind up like this?

I guess he must have fallen from the roof.

65.

You finally woke up, huh? What have you done today?

What did you say? Could you repeat that?

66.

Nothing much. I have been watching TV since 2 o'clock this afternoon.

It sounds like you are having a good time. How do you like it here? How is the hospital food?

67.

By the time I got there, the office was closed. I am sorry I messed up. I don't know what else to say.

You mean you didn't have the interview today? I can't believe this happened again. From now on, I am not going to believe you no matter what you say.

68.

Linda, it is already 6:30. Do you still want to go out to eat?

I don't think so. Actullay, I am not feeding well and I'd rather stay home tonight.

69.

I don't blame you. Well then, who can be sent to pick up the package?

How about Jimmy? Is he working today?

70.

It seems to me he doesn't care about anything anymore.

You are absolutely right about that. Maybe he is going to quit. Who knows?

71.

What do you think of the security guard who is sleeping while he's on duty?

That's terrible. If I were the owner of this place, I would fire him on the spot.

72.

Jerry! Is it all right if I borrow your cellular phone for a minute?

Oh my gosh! That guy is coming back here. Hurry up and call the police.

73.

That's why he is still around here even though he keeps messing up like this.

Now I know why. It makes perfect sense to me now.

74.

Do you know the reason why he did that? You wouldn't belive this, but he said, "There was nothing to do."

He must be crazy. How could he say that to the police officer?

75.

When they asked his name, he refused to answer.

Later, they found out that his father was the police chief. What a ridiculous story!

76.

No wonder he didn't want to give his name.

By the way, how did they find out who he was?

77.

Which do you like better, the red one or the yellow one? You prefer the red one, don't you?

Honestly, I don't know what I want. I have to ask my boss about that.

78.

You know what? I haven't met a man as indecisive as you before. You're the manager of this place. Aren't you the person who is supposed to make decisions around here?

Are you kidding me? My boss told me not to make any decision by myself. What am I supposed to do?

79.

Sorry. We are out of red tape. What if we use the yellow tape instead? Ask her, wiil you?

For some reason, my boss is not answering now and I don't know what to do. Please leave me alone.

80.

She didn't realize what she was talking about until the teacher asked the question.

She must have been daydreaming.

81.

I don't know why you say that. What makes you say that?

I thought I saw two police cars over there. That's why I thought they were robbed twice.

82.

You look awfuly tired and exhausted. I think you need a vacation. All you have to do is fill out this request form. Why don't you take a couple of days off?

I am fine. I don't know why you say that I look awfully tired. That's very strange.

83.

Don't get me wrong. Whatever you decide to do doesn't make any difference to me.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think I can afford it now.

84.

Both Peter and his friend like her. That makes Peter worried.

That's what they call puppy love.

85.

No matter how hard I study, I am not getting any better, I think I am in big trouble.

Keep on trying hard and you will get to the bottom of it.

86.

When it comes to studying, Peter's friend is much better than he is.

No wonder Peter got so nervous.

87.

Peter, I want to tell you this. If it rains, I am not going out with you. You know what? If I were you, I would ask someone else.

Why not? What's wrong with the rain?

88.

Okay. I will still go out with you even if it rains. But if it does, you'd better have an umbrella because I hate being wet.

No problem. Whatever you say. You're the boss.

89.

While you may have a point there, I don't think there is anything to worry about. According to the weather forecast, there is no chance of rain for a while.

Are you sure about that? That's different from what I heard. I hope you are right.

90.

In spite of his young age, John became one of the best managers in the company.

I heard he worked very hard every day.

91.

Mr. Jung was so excited that he asked his personal assistant to buy everyone a drink. At that time, no one realized that it was a fatal mistake.

Although he was an old man, he was young at heart.

92.

Can I help you? Who are you looking for? You'd better realize that there is no way that you can find anyone around here without my help.

Someone called 911 and reported that there was a gentleman who had a heart attack. Do you know where we can find him?

93.

Would it be possible for you to tell us how is doing?

I am sorry, but I can't tell you anything at this time. However, you should be able to find out everything by tomorrow morning. Okay?

94.

I am very sorry to tell you that Mr. Jung passed away last night. As far as I know, he died peacefully. I'd appreciate it if you would share this information with your friends. Would that be all right?

It's really sad to see him die like this. He was a good man and he lived an exemplary life.

95.

It may be true, but I can't believe that it's so expensive. I know flowers are a very scarce commodity in this area, but I think that's too much. Five hundred dollars for a dozen roses? Give me a break!

I know what you mean. I hate to say this, but it is crazy over here.

96.

Ladies and gentlemen, attention please! I am afraid that every one of you must leave this place at once. Due to the flood in the region, we have to evacuate you to a safe area immediately. We need your cooperation.

Do we have to go back to the office?

97.

Mr. Abdullah said, "The more I think about it, the more frustrated I get. Every year the government tells us how safe this river is, but I don't think they are telling us the truth."

Does it happen every year? That's too often.
